Welcome to Fast Solutions Developer! By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Enrollment and Course Access

Enrollment: To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Course Access: Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to the course materials. Access is provided through our online platform and is subject to the course schedule.

3. Payment and Fees

Payment:We accept various forms of payment as installment or full payment. All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment or you can pay as monthly installments but in each month installment will be advance. 

No Refund Policy: If you change your mind after purchasing our course, you can receive a 50% refund if requested before the class starts. No refunds are available once the class has begun.

4. Course Completion and Certification

Completion: To successfully complete a course, you must fulfill all the required assignments, assessments, and participate in course activities as outlined. 

Certificate Issuance: Upon successful completion of the course, Your dues should be clear and also you have to pass online test from FSD Academy designed then a certificate of completion will be issued. Certificates will be sent electronically to the email address provided during enrollment.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Fast Solutions Developer and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

6. Code of Conduct

Behavior: Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of access to the course without refund.

7. Changes to Courses

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to students in a timely manner.

8. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: Fast Solutions Developer makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any course. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in our courses.

9. Privacy Policy

Data Protection: Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10.Governing Law & Jurisdication

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in which FAST SOLUTIONS DEVELOPER operates,and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that Islamic Republic of Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes.
